This policy explains what personal data Finvise Arabia collects through this website, why, and what rights you have under the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and its Implementing Regulations.
1. Data controller
Finvise Arabia, Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, is the controller of the personal data described here. Contact: shoaib@finvisearabia.com.
2. What we collect
Only the email address you submit to the early-access list, together with the date and time it was submitted. We do not collect names, phone numbers, payment details, or financial records through this website. Standard technical data such as your IP address may be processed by our hosting provider to deliver and secure the site.
3. Why we use it
To contact you about early access, pilots, and launch news, and to gauge demand for the platform. We do not sell personal data or share it for advertising.
4. Legal basis
Your explicit consent, given when you submit your email address. You may withdraw consent at any time; withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out.
5. Where your data is stored
Early-access records are held in an access-controlled managed database with encryption in transit and at rest. For the production platform, Finvise Arabia is architected so client financial records reside in Tier-3 data centres inside the Kingdom. Any cross-border transfer will be handled in line with PDPL transfer rules.
6. How long we keep it
Until launch outreach is complete or until you ask us to delete your address, whichever comes first.
7. Your rights
Under PDPL you may request access to your data, correction of it, deletion of it, and information on how it is processed. Write to shoaib@finvisearabia.com and we will respond within the period required by law. You may also complain to the Saudi Data & AI Authority (SDAIA).
8. Security
Access to the early-access list is restricted to authorised founders through an authenticated internal page. We apply encryption, least-privilege access, and record-level access rules.
