Finvise Arabia press room
Everything a journalist needs to write about us accurately: our mission, why the ZATCA Phase 2 deadline matters to Saudi SMEs, and a press kit you can download.
Our mission
Finvise Arabia is building an AI-native financial reconciliation and ZATCA e-invoicing compliance platform for Saudi SMEs. Saudi Arabia hosts 1.3M+ SMEs, and most still run their finances on spreadsheets and guesswork — disconnected POS systems, payment reconciliations that don't line up, and compliance deadlines that don't wait.
Our mission is to get that time back, automatically: one compliance engine that reads the documents a business already has, matches every transaction across banks, POS settlements and supplier invoices, and files compliant e-invoices without a spreadsheet in sight. The company is pre-launch and based in Riyadh.
The ZATCA Phase 2 deadline
ZATCA Phase 2 — the Integration Phase — requires businesses in Saudi Arabia to issue structured e-invoices and connect their invoicing systems directly to ZATCA's Fatoora platform, with invoices cryptographically signed and then cleared or reported.
ZATCA enforces this in waves rather than on a single national date, and notifies each targeted group at least six months before its own integration date. In practice that means every Saudi SME has a deadline of its own, arriving as the waves work down through smaller revenue bands. Businesses should confirm their wave and date directly with ZATCA.
That rolling deadline is the reason we are building Finvise Arabia now: for a multi-branch retailer or restaurant group, integration is not a form to file — it is a change to how every invoice is produced.
